2011: KOALA founded in Shuikou Town, Kaiping City, Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, China.
2017: Established a Shenzhen office to better serve global clients and expand international business.Obtained certifications including cUPC, NSF/ANSI 372, and NSF/ANS 61, focus on North American and global markets.
2022: Passed audits by Fortune 500 company Masco, securing key qualifications such as Masco SBP, Masco BSCI, and Masco FCCA. Began long-term collaboration with Masco's flagship brand KRAUS till now.
2023: Successfully passed factory audits by Lowe's and Walmart in the U.S., securing production qualifications and started working together.
Invested in a new factory in Malaysia, which started production and delivered the first shipment in May 2024.
